1. Services Offered

We provide professional pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Driveways and sidewalks

  • Siding and brick exteriors

  • Decks and patios

  • Fences and gates

2. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone or online booking.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

  • Customers must ensure access to the service area and a working outdoor water source on the scheduled date.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are based on the size, condition, and complexity of the job.

  • All pricing will be agreed upon before work begins.

  • A deposit may be required for large jobs or first-time customers.

  • Full payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cashapp, Zelle, Cash, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 3%.

  • Refunds will be issued only in cases where services were not rendered or were incomplete due to our fault.

5. Liability and Damages

  • We take every precaution to avoid damage; however, we are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or wear on surfaces

    • Loose siding, paint, or other materials affected by pressure

    • Water intrusion due to poor sealing or structural issues

  • Customers must inform us of any known weaknesses in surfaces prior to service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Clear the work area of personal belongings, vehicles, and fragile items.

  • Keep pets and children away from the work area during the service.

  • Ensure water supply is accessible and functional.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results, you must notify us within 24 hours of service. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns. Satisfaction is our priority.

8. Weather Policy

Outdoor pressure washing is weather-dependent. In the case of rain, snow, or extreme weather, we may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be provided upon request or at the time of your next booking.
